In a campaign developed by numerous youth groups and coordinating with the Instituto Aragonés de la Juventud and the Casa de la Mujer de Zaragoza, November 25th EDU participates in the acts of International Day for the Elimination of Violence on Women . During the week the young progressives at the University of Zaragoza will participate in various activities for discussion and awareness.
As the comrades of the Faculty of Education on Tuesday, EDU-Philosophy Lyrics students invited to campus for San Francisco to participate in the creation of a video montage against domestic abuse. In addition, EDU-Arts is preparing an exhibition entitled Free against domestic abuse, a compilation of lyrics domestic violence.

EDU renews its absolute majority in the Senate of the University of Zaragoza in 2010
November 18 elections were held faculty of the University of Zaragoza. After a careful campaign, and the 47.3% of the votes and 39 of the 75 cloistered, Students in the University Defense renews its absolute majority in sector of students of the Faculty of the University of Zaragoza. denounced the exclusion of hundreds of students in the electoral process by red tape surrounding the electoral roll. Students from all schools have been limited their right to vote and be elected as representatives of the students in this body of university community engagement.
Finally, EDU is the candidate who has filed higher proportion of women in their lists with 66%, compared to an average of 26% in other applications. Likewise denounce the persistence of an underground limitation in access of women in decision-making positions in universities, institutions and English companies.
