hello greetings from Puerto La Cruz, well, the thing here is somewhat difficult because it is that we have no room to do the job environment, why? Well, because unfortunately (And eye hurts me because I'm with socialism) robolucionarias authorities, from here, no sir those that Chavez would be about puppets and nobodies or they would be authentic, and not as costumes as now, but unfortunately, we should try to swallow for debugging (as when detoxify the body with purging) process, in order, closed the club, which incidentally was a brothel where women were sexually exploited Mon-Thursday and Friday and Saturday were responsible for bleed the pockets of our people, environment or open mind, and was also given the red zone and traffic Dorgan fights and even killed on the premises, the same authorities that only repirimen and attack even the trans (remember the videito of polisotillo) but me and some friends are doing the job as they say networks of gossip and / or intelligence, just started yesterday so I can not give concrete results, but just have them give them to him, I invite the rest to do so, we walk with our tax returns for all sides, and we are using the centers where artists gather, arts and others for that, because we know that people often are hetero but also understands that we have rights, I make the suggestion that we will approach hetero people through this or other means so you will not get ground homophobia. Coca Cola Winchester 94 Rifle

We have faced in recent days some problems. Fortunately, nothing related to our work in support of the proposal. These are problems that have to do with the blogger's own settings. For example, we promised to upload some documents and graphics and we could not do it. Some people, experts in these matters, we have suggested we change to Wordpress. We are seriously considering this option, because this kind of problems can not become obstacles to communication and information flow between tod @ s @ s. WE ARE
in Caracas continues to collect signatures. Several organizations are performing this task, but is also gathering more firms in the environment. Last week, a glbt group made a day of collecting signatures in the Centro Comercial El Recreo.

ACOVIPA AND RECOMMEND BUILDING AUTHORITY OF AGRICULTURAL HEALTH SERVICE

The creation of a national forum including all entities involved in agricultural health and food safety, experts recommended. The recommendation is part of an analysis conducted by the University of Texas A & M and the Organization of the United Nations Agriculture and Food (FAO) Panamanian health care system. The agricultural health system seeks to ensure food hygiene and protect agriculture from imported pests, the Ministry of Agriculture.

Lack of international accreditation of laboratories and institutional and financial autonomy, are weaknesses of agricultural health and safety of Panama, it must ensure food hygiene and protect against the possibility of agro imported pests. The Texas AgriLife Extension Service says that another of the shortcomings is the dispersion of responsibilities and the overlap of functions between system entities that are the MIDA, Ministry of Health, MTI and AUPSA.

The evaluation adds that salaries are inefficient prevent attract and retain scientific and technical experts from more than system requires, in addition to the lack of job security for staff. Some of the recommendations arising from this assessment is the need to modernize some of the equipment and laboratory protocols and remodel laboratory buildings that are in line with ISO standards, as well as train staff in various technical and scientific and also in laboratory management and system.

Pneumonia & Pneumonitis

Reports The goal: two million signatures

As discussed in the previous post, we have requested forms from various parts of the country. We have calculated that each state collect an amount equivalent to 10% of the population census. The goal is to collect two million signatures nationwide. We believe it is an achievable goal if we move and activate tod @ s.
Just this weekend, three people gathered 300 signatures in three hours. We were in the vicinity of the alley of the stab in the bar known as the Two Bar and La Fragata. It was a very stimulating and instructive. We realized that young gay men and lesbians were more likely to sign it older homosexuals (between 40 to 50 years). Contemporary adults are probably more accustomed to repression and have no rights.
We note that there is a huge generation gap that is expressed in differing ways of seeing the current reality among young people is the idea that their sexuality is free and there is no shame to feel that their own sexual preference. Unfortunately, these positions are not accompanied by an informed practice of sexuality and sexual rights, which could anticipate widespread sexually transmitted diseases. While we were there we saw no police or National Guard to repress the @ s young people assembled in the street. This, even though we saw the police and national guardsmen in the street and enter the bars several times.
Among the views we gathered, one of the most widely repeated was the questioning of the Pride march, criticizing his frivolous, carnival and depoliticized. Views show that the organizers of this march all these years have underestimated the population attending this event.
In the young there is a sense that we are not a minority but they are much @ s, but no one talks about these issues. Moreover, we must emphasize that any entity of the State or any political party or organization society has been concerned to establish permanent links with young LGBT people.
This is evident in cultural policy, which does not appear by accident. Unfortunately, there have emerged from our ranks, due to the problem of the closet and the fear of being marginalized @ s, alternative or subversive cultural groups. No Tenema @ s bands of any kind, we have no graffiti collective, we have no collective graphic intervention groups openly identified sexual diversity. It is in these moments where cultural groups play a major political work.
In this sense, we will launch in the coming days template models for intervening walls of public spaces. Although, of course, everyone is free to design their own templates and instructions.
The signatures must be sent to Caracas to arrangements concerning the shipment and receipt should contact the following email address: contranatura_ucv@yahoo.com

Visual Communications Cover Letters

The spark going on the plain ... Volante and return

We very content tod @ s @ s by the interest aroused by all this initiative in support of the proposal that the deputy Marelis Pérez Marcano seeks to roll back. We received many comments and many concerns of people living in the regions. It is very important for the organization and mobilization does not stay in Caracas to reach a national character. It is necessary that all @ s put our grain of sand. We know that in some areas of the country's political work harder than others, but we have to dip into the ingenuity and daring. Those
LGBT community not organized, can meet their acquaintances s, activated in gay venues or places understood.
There are many people who have no access to the Internet, it is strategic information that is transmitted from person to person, use the alternative media, public space graphically intervene and use the underground communication.
disseminate it through this blog theoretical texts, legal and political arguments for each one of us @ s to prepare and study and be able to defend our rights in any space.
There is nothing to fear, we must be patient, develop our capacity for dialogue and even debate. We can not tire, we argue and try to persuade those @ s which ignorance or prejudice, do not share our fight or think is irrelevant.
Let's move!
